ObhoaRentals is a software that provides facilities for booking vacation homes.
Throughout the years Outer Banks Home Owners (OBHOA) has worked with many property managers. The majority of their vacation home services were contracted with owners through their property managers. OBHOA wanted to provide a better service to its clients by paying main attention to the details of the properties, for which it needed the management to come from OBHOA. OBHOA Rentals includes a video tour and 360 views of the available properties. This software allows the client to have the necessary information to decide if the selected property fits their needs, providing them with a group of characteristics. Apart from the virtual tours that allow a more realistic view of the property, potential clients will be able to know in advance how many bathrooms and beds the property has, and whether pets are allowed or not. OBHOA Rentals allows potential clients to know the classification given by previous renters of the property, as well as to read the criteria issued by them about that house.
