With NTSprint you are responsible for your growth! We provide you with a Career Stage Profile with well-documented bands for you to move through. It defines career paths and key stages along a career path, performance expectations for each stage, and what it takes to get to the next stage.
The Intern is not part of NTSprint yet, and will be assigned simple features to work on in order to test the skills, discipline and culture.
It could take from 15 days to 3 months maximum depending on your previous experience and skills, with a minimum of paid salary. From this step you will jump directly to your current band.
The engineer is responsible for a set of related features, or parts of a project that are well-known and well-defined. The work is mostly about executing, not creating new solutions.
The engineer is expected to independently own an entire project that could be fairly complex. The engineer should be able to “figure things out” to come to a good end-to-end solution.
The engineer is a technical leader who spearheads complex projects end to end, designs solutions and drives implementations∙ This person often helps other non-senior developers achieve the common goal∙ A Senior SDE holds meetings with fluent English and standout communication skills.
The engineer is expected to be a true technical leader and provide his/her group with technical directions at a strategic level and improve the teams productivity and work quality by at least 10x. He/she can manage other Managers.

To avoid adding extra pressure in projects, the expectation is: 6 hours of actual coding a day. Family time is important in our culture. Our Engineers work from Monday to Friday.
Idle-Times can be used for training. Furthermore, if our engineers want to get Online Certifications, we offer covering half of the cost.
You will be paid twice a month depending on your Band in the Career Stage Profile. Once a month you will get a Bonus based on individual performance. NTSprint covers all internet costs.
Up to 3 weeks per year of paid vacations.
Fathers could request 1 month and Mothers from 1 to 10 months to enjoy a maternity leave
The Company will keep the Full Salary payment if the Engineer is sick
