Big5Works is a creative alternative to annual employee reviews, an alignment and accountability tool that saves organizations time and effort in their planning and prioritization by focusing on activities that drive ROI (return on investment).
Our work team took on the task of developing and making improvements to functionalities already implemented or required by the client, as well as providing support to the application according to the client's requests. During the different phases we went through, the following functionalities were carried out:
iSi Human Resources Consulting takes its name from Proverb: as iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another. It is a company that specializes in three areas: Big5, a more effective and less costly alternative and app to annual employee performance appraisal; Team Trust, the key requirement for building high performing teams and EPIC Interviewing, a simple process for hiring better people.
